Frequently asked questions

We will send out items from our stock in 1-3 business days and shipment will take 2-3 days to deliver to the closest pick-up location. If the order includes applique or embroidering jersey, then delivery might take up to 15 business days.

We always strive to delivery as soon as possible.

Sometimes, due to a technical error, items can be left in the shopping cart after payment. Usually we get the order normally and send items on time. You can always call our customer service to get more information.
Unfortunately parcel machines can be full of postage or for some other reason delivered your package to another pick-up point.
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a customer has ordered the wrong products by mistake or a wrong item has been dispatched due to human error. Please check with your order confirmation and check if there haw been an error. In this case, please contact our customer service and we will correct the error.
If you have noticed an error before we have send out your products, please let us know and we will try to fix it immediately.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, it is possible to cancel the order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact immediately our customer service.

Return / Refund applies to all other products except for custom-made jersey products that are made according to the customer's wishes. You have a 14-day full exchange and return policy. The product must be unused and have all the original labels and tags, etc. Be sure to include the completed return form in the package.

You can return the complete order or just part of it without any cost in Finland. The package can be left in the customer return box at the post office. Please keep your the receipt you get until your return package has been accepted at Jokerit. Do note that the customer is always responsible for customer returns and we aren't responsible for lost packages.

Returns are processed between 1-2 weeks after we have recived them.

If you have noticed that the package is damaged when you pick it up, please notify the post office and our customer service immediately.

Unfortunately this can happen, sometimes items can brake during their travel. Please contact our customer service team and let us know of the damage.
